Alice Renee Carter-Hill

On Monday, January 27, 2025, Alice Renee Carter-Hill, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

She was born September 1, 1958 in Aliquippa. Alice was the daughter of the late Christine and Eddie B. Carter, Sr. She was a graduate of Aliquippa High School, Class of 1977. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and was employed by Life Beaver before her illness.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her brother, Eddie B. Carter, Jr; nephews Chandler Lee and Eddie B. Carter III, nieces, Ebony and Jasmine Carter, her aunt, Judy Rogers, her cousin Valeria Goosby and her sister in law, Francine Gilbert.

Alice leaves to cherish her precious memory her children, Delmeka Carter ( Eze), Rashawdi Pugh (Jawaya), Fred Hill. III and Byron Ala'Juan Pitts, (Asiania), her sister Jackie Jamison, 8 grandchildren, Rasheem, Rocari, Roscoe, Raven, Taniya, Rashawdi, Jr, Sade and Jaysion , 8 great-grandchildren, Brian, RaShiya, Rasheem, Ryder, Ian, Riyan, Myla and Taylor. Her bonus children, Lakesha (Paris) Cobb and LaTeya Riggins and bonus grandchildren Wylai and Billy.

She also leaves  a host of nieces and nephews including Cherrelle, Crystal and James Carter, special cousins Jacqueline Paige and Janice Carter, love ones Greg Pugh and family, Byron Pitts and family, her sister in love Linda Moye and family, and devoted friends Crystal Walker, Maxine Thompson, Darlene Nash, Teresa Fisher and Yolanda and Yvette Lawson and numerous other family members and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff of Brighton Health and Wellness, 4 East, for their excellent, loving care of our mother and grandmother.

A repast will follow at The Broadcast Cafe, Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa.

Family and friends are being received at the home of Delmeka Carter, 1317 McMinn Street in Aliquippa.
