Barbara Jean Johnson, 75, of Rochester, Pennsylvania, entered eternal rest on October 24, 2025. Born on September 20, 1950, she was the beloved wife of Aaron R. Johnson Jr., with whom she shared 56 years of marriage since their union on September 20, 1969.

Barbara had a creative spirit and a heart full of love. She found joy in music, arts and crafts, thrift shopping, and above all, raising her family with warmth and faith. Her kindness, creativity, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Barbara's greatest joy was her family. She is survived by her daughters, Xena D. Johnson and Tonia D. Johnson, her son, Aaron R. Johnson III, nine grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

Barbara was a talented homemaker and, at times, shared her love of learning as a substitute teacher. Barbara's legacy of love, faith, and family will continue to inspire generations to come.
