Billie Faye Riggins, formerly of Aliquippa, passed away unexpectedly and went home to be with the Lord on December 29, 2020 in Greensboro, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Roberta (Jackson) Riggins, two sisters, Frankie Mae Riggins and Gwendolyn Ann Riggins, and one brother, Donald (Don) "Riggs" Riggins.

Born August 21, 1950, in Vincent, Alabama, Billie Faye was the middle child of seven beloved children of Frank and Roberta Riggins. She was a graduate of Aliquippa High School and Cortez W. Peters Business School and she also attended Geneva College in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Billie Faye went on to work for US Airways where she eventually retired as a customer service representative in the Reservation Department.

Billie Faye was a member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Aliquippa and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (Peace Haven Campus).

Billie, Faye, or whatever loving nickname created to refer to our dear Billie Faye, she was truly one of a kind with a passion and talent for crafts and sewing. She will be dearly missed by those in her hometown of Aliquippa, her neighbors in North Carolina, her adult sunday school and church family in Winston-Salem, and those across the country who admired and loved her impeccable and elaborate cross-stitching, her beautiful smocking and crochet designs, and her delicious handmade pastries and cakes.

Billie Faye is survived by loving siblings and their spouses: Sylvia (Ron) Benson of Aliquippa, PA, Marcella (Terry) Brown of Metuchen, NJ, and Cindy Riggins of Aliquippa, PA; 3 nieces Adrienne Toliver, Tyra (Vance) Walker, and Olivia (Andrew) Gallina; 2 nephews Aaron & Nathan Riggins, eight great-nephews, and two great-nieces, two great-great nieces, Godbrother Rev. Leroy Miles, special neice, Mariah Brown and a host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends locally and across the country.
