Billy Ray Buchanan, 61, affectionately called booty, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. He was born on June 02, 1959 in Erie, PA to Charles Black and the late Louise Buchanan.

Billy Ray found the Lord early in life with his aunt Emma Bell Cooper.

Billy Ray worked for various companies – JTM Foods, Performance Castings, and Platex where he worked as a labor.

Billy Ray was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. He absolutely loved spending time with his companion Missy Henderson of 19 years and his best friends since childhood Henry and Shawn.

Besides his mother he was preceded in death by his son Dionne Jordan.

He leaves to cherish his memory – his father Charles Black; four sisters – Cathy (Willie James) Jordan, Gayanna Moffatt, Dianna Johnson, and Veronica Buchanan; two brothers – Jerome and Jeffery Buchanan along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
