Bobby Eugene Stanback, 48, of Erie, PA, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019. He was born on November 4, 1971 in Pittsburgh, PA to Darcell Boyd and Marilyn Robinson Stanback.

Bobby was a graduate of East High School and worked as a laborer.

He loved watching sports, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. Bobby enjoyed fishing, barbecuing, and hanging out with family and friends. He was the life of the party and enjoyed making everyone laugh. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Bobby was preceded in death by a daughter, MaryAnn Hall; a brother, Lynnwood Robinson; and his grandmothers, Artie Robinson and Ms. Bennett.

In addition to his parents he leaves to cherish his memory, seven children, Dejah, Daejon, Zykir, and Brooklyn Stanback, Shaylene Lindsey, Lamycal Johnson, and Shontee Diggs; three brothers, Richard Robinson, Arthur Stanback, and Benjamin Standback; his only sister, Flora "Candy" Stanback; his grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Friends may visit with the family at Second Baptist Church, 757 East 26th Street, on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, from 11 am to 1pm, where a home going celebration will immediately follow, with Rev. Lamont Higginbottom eulogizing. Interment will be private. Professional services are entrusted to Pitts Funeral Home, 2926 Pine Avenue, Erie, PA 16504.
