Charlene Johnson of Aliquippa, PA, the daughter of Bernice and Charlie Johnson, was born on October 13, 1949, at Cleveland Hospital, Cleveland OH. She transitioned from earth to glory at UPMC-Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh PA after a brief illness on September 30, 2022.

Charlene was a graduate of Aliquippa High School. She was employed at J&L Steel Plant, Aliquippa, PA for over 10 years. After her time at the mill, she started working at Beaver Elder Care and Rehabilitation Center, Golf Course Road, Aliquippa, PA, she worked there until her retirement.

Charlene lived a full and quiet life. She loved her family and all her nieces and nephews. Her favorite pastimes involved music, watching TV, shopping, eating good food and playing Bingo.

Charlene was preceded in death by her Mother: Bernice Johnson, Father: Charlie Johnson, Brother: Melvin (Jay Boy) Johnson, Sister: Denise Johnson, Sister-in-law: Delores Johnson. Missing and cherishing her with fond memories are her brothers: Charlie Johnson, Jr, Cornelius Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Andrew Johnson, and Charles Pope. Nieces and Nephews: Toni Hines, Charlie Hines, Annette Hines, Desmond Hines-Patrick, Anthony Johnson Jr, LaQuandra Johnson,
Rochelle Dixon, Amanda Johnson, Alize Patton and Acantay Patton, and a host of grand nieces and nephews.
