Dennis Sessoms, 68, peacefully passed away Sunday December 13,2020 at Sewickley Valley Hospital. He was born August 20, 1952 in Rochester PA to the late Frank and Catherine Sessoms. Dennis was a beloved son, brother, 1971 graduate of Aliquippa High School and pillar of the Aliquippa church community. He was a faithful member of Triedstone Baptist Church where he was a part of the kitchen committee and also a member of the Aliquippa Helping Hands Club. He was a retired medical assistant at Allegheny General Hospital and known for his outspoken sense of humor and cooking skills.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister AddiSessoms-Harvey (Aliquippa, PA), a brother Dr. Frank Sessoms (Alison Park, PA) and niece Adrianne Harvey (Los Angeles, CA). Surviving are his sisters, Mary Sessoms who was also his devoted caregiver, Carolyn Browder, both of Aliquippa, Gloria Sessoms-Davis (Monaca, PA) ; brothers Retried Judge Furmin (Sharon) Sessoms (Chicago, Il), Vincent (Cynthia) Sessoms (Nashville, TN), Norphas (Rita) Sessoms, Dwight and Anthony Sessoms, all of Aliquippa. In addition to his brothers and sisters, he leaves to mourn his devoted nephew Anthony Pope (Aliquippa, PA), his sister-in-law Sandra Sessoms (Wexford, PA), devoted cousin and friend Eleanor "Boots" Redd (Aliquippa, PA) and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
