Obituary

Earlena Powell of Aliquippa, PA went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Feb.9 ^th , 2022.She was born May,4 ^th ,1931 in Duffy, North Carolina to the late Ellihue and Zerlena McNeill.

Earlena moved to Aliquippa, PA where she accepted Christ at an early age and devoted her life to be a good servant of the Lord. As doing so she became a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church were she became a dedicated member and was apart of the culinary department until she was unable to perform her duties. She worked for Federal Enameling in Mckees Rocks, Anchor Hocking Inc. and J&L Steel Mill for many years.

She leaves to cherish her only beloved daughter Hazel Delores McNeill (Aliquippa, PA), her sister Pearl Mae Cameron (Aliquippa, PA), her 4 grandchildren; Trinette Pipkin (Aliquippa, PA), Akkita, Silfredo, and Tracy Powell (Maryland), her 5 great-great-grandchildren; Takia Powell, Shayla Yard (Maryland), Serina Pipkin, Sierra and Gloria Hardy (Aliquippa, PA), her 3 great-great-grandchildren Alaizah Powell, Khy'la and Jaceon Dawkins and her sister-in-law Shirley Felton (Mckees Rocks, PA). And many nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.

She proceeded in death by her son (Darnell Powell), her two brothers (Marvin and Hubert McNeill) and three sisters (Lubertha Johnson, Venetta Frank, and Gladys Lott)

Devoted friends- Mr.& Mrs. Howard Harrison, Ms. Annie Ruth Robinson & Family, Ms. Jean Hill, Ms. Elizabeth Jordan, Ms. Carol Dawson and Mr. Wilbur Singletary.

Celebration of life will be February 22,2022 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 410 Wykes Street Aliquippa, PA 15001, Visitation-10am -12pm

Funeral 12pm, Interment  Woodlawn Cemetery
