On Thursday, March 10, 2022 our beloved Ebony Natasha Carter, 45 of Aliquippa passed away unexpectedly, in her home. Ebony was born September 12, 1976, in Aliquippa, PA. Ebony was the daughter of the late Eddie B. Carter Jr. and Francine Gilbert. Ebony was a graduate of Aliquippa Senior High School Class of 1995 and Beaver County Vo-Tech. Ebony was also a graduate of Median School of Allied Health Careers. She was devoted employee at Passavant Memorial Homes.  She is a former member of the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, where she was Baptized. Ebony enjoyed spending time with her family, her dog Prada and friends, traveling and shopping. Ebony always opened up her home to anyone that needed a place stay.

Ebony is survived by her 2 children, whom she loved and adored: Anziona McKenzie  and Omar J. Stevenson (LeNay) of Aliquippa: two sisters and a brother in law, Crystal (Juain) Hall and Cherrelle Carter all of Aliquippa, her brother James Carter of Aliquippa, three step brothers and a step sister, Xavier Moye, Johnny and TeRay Dillard and Turquoise Moye; four aunts,  Linda Wilder, Vida Bronaugh, Alice Carter and Jackie Jameson all of Aliquippa, her God mother/Aunt Alfreda Salmon, and her God Children. She is also survived by her 11 nephews and nieces; devoted cousins, Joel Faulkner, Rocquelle (Jeff) Anderson, Yvette and Chanel Wilder, Delmeka Carter, Rashawdi Pugh Sr., devoted friends Tameka, LaToya, Felica, Sukari, Rasheeda, Sharone, Korinn, Chandra, Gerard, Chelby ,  Sheraz, Patricia Gaston and family and a host of other cousins and friends that she loved dearly. Ebony will truly be missed!

In addition to her parents, Ebony was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and Iula Gilbert, parental grandparents Eddie and Christine Carter Sr., two brothers Eddie "Weedy" Carter and Chandler Lee, a sister Jasmine Carter, four great aunts and a great uncle, Hazel Salmon, Cora Dean, Lena Jackson, Lorraine Pratt and Harold Dean, two special cousins, JeJuan Gilbert and LaKeita Williams, a special friend Shawnte Olden.
