Edith Viola Hooks Howard Henderson went Home to Glory on Monday January 29, 2024, Meadville Medical Center surrounded by her love ones.

She was born, April 5, 1946 to the late Mansfield Warner and Rachael Viola (Honey) Deloche Hooks.

Edith was a faithful member of United Faith Fellowship Church of God, in Meadville Pa, where she served on the kitchen committee and on the usher board.

After graduating from Strong Vincent, she worked for many years at Marx Toys, Better Bakes and G.E.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two husbands Tommy T. Howard Sr. and Floyd Henderson, one son Delton, two brothers Lorenzo Abdul Hooks and Ralph Childs Jr. One sister Rachael Hooks and Mary Jones (Aunt Mae).

She leaves to cherish her memory her children Tisa Howard, Shawn Jones (Lauren) Copa Ann Howard, Tommie T Howard Jr (Theresa) two sisters  Ella Mae Lee and  Rosie Henderson, one brother Elder Leon Hooks (Carol Lee), 23 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.
