Eloise Parker, aka "Wizzy" was born on October 2, 1966 in Los Angeles, California.

Eloise Parker attended Dominques High School in Compton, California. She later went to Culinary Arts School.  After she received her Culinary Certificate she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and started working as a Culinary Chef at the MGM Casino.  Throughout her career she enjoyed working at different restaurants in the Las Vegas and Los Angeles areas.

Eloise Parker moved from California to Pennsylvania in the summer of 2017.  She decided that she needed change in her life.  In 2019 she became a member of Christ Kingdom Ministries in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania.  She loved her Pastor and her church family.

Eloise enjoyed spending time with friends and family.  She loved going to church, listening to music, dancing, telling jokes and stories.  She lived her best life everyday.

Eloise Parker departed this life on Saturday, January 30, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Amy and Sam Parker, Jr., sisters; Bertha Lee Harrington and Jacqueline Parker and her daughter Rhonda Parker.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children; Maranda Parker, Marcus Parker, Marlon Parker, Darrell Anderson, Jr. (Mae Najee) and Jarrell Moreno, her siblings; Frank Timothy Harrington, Amy Lee Hoskins, Debra Lynn Parker and Vincent Parker, her grandchildren; Ayiana Anderson, Akira Anderson, Darrell Anderson, III, Kali Anderson, Jarrell Moreno, Jr., Ka'lia Moreno and a host of family and friends.
