Eva Louise Cameron, 79, of Aliquippa, Pa, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Eva was born August 6,1942 in Reynolds, Ga to the parentage of the late Charity (Carson) Peebles and the late Asa Peebles.  Eva married the love of her life, Bobby Lee Cameron, in 1966. Two sons, Bobby and Chad, were born to this union.

Eva graduated from Aliquippa High School in 1961. She then worked as a Nurses Aide for the Dixmont and Mayview State Hospitals.  Eva later retired from Mayview after fulfilling many dedicated years of service.

Eva took pride in her maiden name of "Carson" referring to the love they share and the hospitality shown when you visit their homes.  She welcomed her family and all of her son's friends into her home and treated them as if they were her very own and took pride in serving her masterful dishes!  She was especially known for her creamy mac-n-cheese, chocolate delight and her power packed fruit punch!

Eva loved gospel music! If you were ever privileged to stay with them on a Saturday night, you would wake on Sunday morning to gospel tunes blaring from every radio she had from the bedrooms to the kitchen! One of her favorite songs was I'm Not Tired Yet by the Mississippi Mass Choir. Eva enjoyed traveling and taking cruises with her friends. She has visited New Orleans, Florida, New Jersey, and Las Vegas to name a few.  Her favorite destination to vacation was Florida.  She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will be dearly missed.

In addition to her parents, Eva is also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bobby, as well as her beloved sister, Ellen Fisher. Eva leaves to cherish her memory her adored sons, Bobby (Lynn) Cameron of Westerville, Ohio; Chad (Eletta) Cameron of Munhall, Pa; brother Oscar (Darlene) Peebles of Springfield, Va; grandchildren, Tanner, Alex, Ryan and Riley; a host of nieces, nephews and many other  family members and friends.

Friends may call the Greater Miracle Ministries, Ambridge, Pa, on Saturday, June 4, 2022 from 10:30am-12pm, with the graveside internment immediately following at Woodlawn Cemetery, Aliquippa. Bishop Laneer Fisher officiating.
