Jeffrey Alan Preston, 66, of Erie, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22, 2025. He was born on September 23, 1959 in Jackson, MS to Eddie Mae Preston and the late Charles Jones.

Jeffrey was a man with strong faith in God. A faithful member of Mt. Ebal Missionary Baptist Church. Where he served as a deacon, participated in Bible study, Sunday school, cleaning, and any repairs. A man of many words of encouragement for all he encountered.

Jeffrey worked many years at businesses in Erie, West Mifflin, Virginia, and Boston. Always willing to offer a helping hand in anyway he could. A man of many talents. He could build a house from the ground up. He loved his family, his plants, plumbing, welding, electric, sports, and his hats.

In addition to his father, Jeffrey Preston was preceded in death by his brother Charles Preston, and his sister Pamela Whitfield.

Jeffrey leaves to cherish his memory his mother Eddie Mae Preston, 2 daughters Tatanisha Pullium (Chris), Jamica Ulmer Jacobs, 3 sons, Dupont Crosby, Jamaal Ulmer, and Jamar Preston. One brother, Louis Preston, and one sister Sonya Preston. His wife Donna Ulmer Preston. One Aunt Linda Lofton-Roberts. 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitors are welcome on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Mt. Ebal Missionary Baptist Church, 1617 E 26th St, Erie, PA 16510 from 10 am until 12 pm Celebration of life. Burial at Lakeside Cemetery, 1617 E Lake Rd, Erie, PA 16511.
