Katreese Lanae George-Gore, 46, of Erie, PA passed away peacefully on Monday,
September 18, 2023. She was born on January 31, 1977 in Erie, PA to Allene
Capitol and Mark George Sr.

Katreese was a beloved and faithful member of Greater Calvary Full Gospel Baptist Church as well as a loving Mother, Wife, Sister,
Daughter and Friend to many. Katreese dedicated her life to the Lord from a very
young age up until her departure. She worked at Allegheny Health Network-Saint
Vincent Hospital for 23 years as a desiccated employee and was loved by many.
Katreese enjoyed singing songs of praise and worship and would share her
beautiful voice wherever she went. Her smile was contagious and unforgettable,
as was her kind and gentle spirit. Katreese was known for her kind and loving
nature, always bringing happiness and laughter to those around her. She loved to
spend time with family and friends, sharing stories and laughter.

She was preceded in death by her beloved Grandfather, Alvin Barnett Sr.; and Aunt Irell
Harden.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Robert D. Gore; one daughter, Leasjeonna Jones; one son, Jeremiah Jones; four sisters, Melissa George, Jessica George, Teresa George, Alicia George; two brothers, Mark George Jr. and Nathan George.; also survived by her loving Grandmother Hattie Barnett and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Katreese will be dearly missed by her loved ones and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever be cherished, and her kindness, faith, and bravery will continue to inspire those whose lives she touched. We rest in knowing that Katreese knew the way and she has taken her place with the Lord.

Hospital and LECOM Hospice for their devoted and compassionate care in the last
weeks of her life.
