Linda Jean Cox, 75, was born on April 22, 1950 and departed this life on March 21, 2026. She was a lifelong resident of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Hopewell High School Class of "69".

Linda had a warm heart and inviting spirit and found joy in serving others. She was employed at Allegheny General Hospital, Verland and as an assistant teacher in the Head start Program.

Linda greatly cherished her only son, 2 granddaughters and great-grandson. She also took pride and loved any opportunity to host family gatherings and cooking for her loved ones .

Linda was preceded in death by her loving parents, Novella Cox and Mack Cox Sr., a brother Mack "Squebee" Cox, Jr. and a sister, Brenda Harvey.

Linda leaves to cherish her memory a son, Brian Cox; granddaughters, Bria Cox (Virginia) and Qiyawni Cox; beloved great-grandson Denym, Williams; her sisters, Venita Fisher, Sheila Hill, Yolonda (Kevin) Mosley, and Lisa (Kenny)Mackenzie; her brothers Andre Cox and Stanley Cox; special friends Davida Myers, Lakeya Whatley and Carlesha Williams; her aunts, Mother Annie Ruth Robinson and Odessa Williams (Alabama); bonus kids Mike Holiday, Keith Jackson, Jr., Tameka, Cierra, Josiah and Dorian Jackson; devoted friends, Mamie Bell, Lisa Steals and Betty Ann Cureton and as well as, the late Annie Mae Brown and the late Clara Walker; and a great host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
