Marc (Joyner) Ellis, 53, a lifelong resident of Ambridge, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 27, 2022. Marc was born March 26, 1969 to the late Pate and Mozelle Ellis.

Marc graduated from Ambridge Area High school where he was a member of the football and wrestling teams. After graduation he served in the U. S. Navy. Marc received his B.A. degree from California State University and his MBA from Point Park University. Over the years Marc enjoyed working with at-risk-youths.

Marc will be deeply missed by his three beautiful children, Marc, Jr., Pateon, and Deborah Ellis, whom he loved and adored more than life itself.

Surviving him are 10 sisters: Marlene and Joseph

Tate, Dean Cobb, Wanda Crosby (Stacy), Lorraine Tipton, Lydia and David Velez, Ginny Locougna, Roberta Edmonds, Carla Murray, Angel Ellis, and Kimberly Joyner. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews who were more to him like sisters and brothers. Marc also leaves many friends to cherish his memories.

In addition to his parents Marc was preceded in death by his sister Patricia Ann Ellis, and brothers Charles, Gordon, and Herman Joyner.

Marc touched so many lives with his beautiful smile, wittiness, and caring heart.
