Marlon James Dorsett, 66, of Aliquippa, PA, passed away on Sunday, March 18, 2024. He was born to the late Melvin and Arnell  Dorsett. Marlon attended Hopewell Area High School where he was a stand out football player. He served in the United States Army for two years until he was medically discharged. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys! In his spare time he loved to be with family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Norma Dempsey and James Revis; paternal grandparents, Wesley and Myrtle Grace Dorsett; and a granddaughter, Amarah Dorsett.

He leaves to cherish his memory: two daughters whom he adored, Amber Dorsett of Aliquippa, PA and Aaliyah Dorsett of Keyser, WV; three sons whom he cherished, Marlon Hayes of Aliquippa, PA, Marlon Dorsett and Sean Dorsett, both of Keyser, WV.

Two sisters whom he admired, Tammie Dorsett Woolard (Terrance) of Virginia Beach, VA and Ebony Dorsett of Monaca, PA; four aunts and one uncle whom he loved, Bernice Williams and Jennifer Davis (Matthew) of Virginia Beach, VA; Juanita Kimbrough of Center, PA; Sheree Dorsett of Pittsburgh, PA; and Tony Dorsett (Janet) of Texas.

Fifteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren whom he loved beyond reason; a host of loving nieces, devoted nephews, cherished cousins and forever friends. Always remembering his Mount Vernon Family. MV4LIFE
