Paula Elizabeth Williams was born September 30, 1955 to the late Jake and Christine Rosalee Carry. She made her peaceful transition to her heavenly home on August 26, 2023. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty and Linda; sons, Lewis Bailey, Justin Carry and a daughter, Darryl Ann Carry.

Paula was an extraordinary woman in so many ways. She loved God and her church family. She was baptized twice and had begun pursuing personal growth and a relationship with God. She was committed to helping others.

She was known for her zest for life and vibrant and outgoing personality.

She was fearless and lived life to the fullest. Paula brought joy and laughter into the lives of her family and those who loved and knew her. She never missed an opportunity to show how much she adored her children, grands and great grands. She posted, called or texted on every birthday or special occasion. More than anything, she loved her family.

Her favorite pastimes included playing her numbers, traveling, playing games on her "game phone" and listening to music. She was a "Bronx Girl" at heart and a "Home Street" kid. Paula loved looking good and kept her hair and nails done. She was an avid New England Patriots fan.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of twenty-three years, Roger Williams; children, Tammy Carry, Gerode Carry, Desmond Soanes, Hashone Carry, Meleik (Ahna) Carry, Tania Cleckley, and Jenece Cleckley; siblings, Annette Darden, Sheila Darden, Lonnie Darden, Carl Darden, John David Darden, Jake Darden, and June Fisher; grandchildren, Kiara, Kiana, Kiosha, Tarhea, Gerode, Camron, Jawaun, Geriah, Gevod, Justin, Jade, Beyonka, Starasia, Johnathan, Desmond, Honesty, Dezhon, Ziyan, Harlem, Diah, Naiomi, Dior, Soren, Skye, Que, Hashon, Amerie, Meleyah, and Edyn; great-grands, Lyric, Trey, 'Anijah ,Caleb, Cairo, Rubi, Tyree, Trae, Gianni, Amor and Malia; devoted friends, Janine Cleckley, Jackie Demeritt, Charlene Hines and Annette West.

Paula has left an imprint on many lives and will be sorely missed. We will carry her forever in our hearts.
