Pearl Regina (Jenny) Moreland, 81; resident of Aliquippa, PA; now resting in the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; peacefully passed away at home surrounded by her loving husband and family March 9th, 2019.
Born to the late John Thomas and Ella Mae Bowens; March 8th, 1938; in Hogansville, GA. Jenny was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, 3 sisters, her beloved son Keith (Lela) Moreland, and daughter (baby Moreland).
As a devoted member of New Holy Temple C.O.G.I.C; Mother Moreland was the 1st Elect Lady, Mother of the Mother Board, and a Missionary. Maintaining a major role in the community, Jenny has always been there to lend a helping hand. Even with health declining, there was no stopping Jenny from serving.
Survived by devoted husband Pastor Emmanuel Moreland, 5 sisters/brothers-in-law, sons Michael (Dyan) Moreland, Philip Moreland, Lafeyette Moreland, and daughter Juanita Moreland; 3 granddaughters that she raised and loved as her own: Del'Sha Moreland Crumb, Nikisha Phillips, and Danita Beasley.
Also surviving Jenny are many devoted family and friends: nieces Renita Josey, Regina Beasley, devoted god-child Tyric Pugh, devoted grandchildren Carleesha Williams, (Deacon Scatter) Sheldon Jeter, Ahnna Hines, devoted friends Maggie Moreland, Willie Ruth Moreland, Lily Mae Beasley, Yvonne Shaw, and a host of other god-children, grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
