Peris Garcia Maurice  Smith age 42 of Aliquippa passed away on May 23, 2023.

He passed away unexpectedly in Heritage Valley Kennedy Hospital.

Peris Smith was born in Beaver Hospital to Blanche Lowe and Herman Smith. He grew up with Anthony Tu Sweet Smith, Makeba Lowe, Richard Lowe, Dabrielle Dawkins and Willie Dawkins. As a teen Peris was well known and loved to play football and basketball. He is known for his loud voice and laugh. As he got older he decided to pursue a career in electrical work and graduated from Rosedale Tech as an electrician.

In his teens he met Abigail Ordonez Smith, they fell in love, got married and created a family together with first born in 1998. The family was complete with Alexis Smith, Mikaela Smith, and Marissa Smith. As a family they loved to travel and also loved to EAT. Spending time with his family was of utmost importance to him and his energy when he entered a room could not be ignored. Peris was a loving father, son, spouse and brother and would do absolutely anything for the people that he cared for.

He was preceded in passing by his brother, Willie Dawkins.

In addition to his partner, Abigail Smith and children Alexis Smith, Mikaela Smith, and Marissa Smith he is also survived by his parents Blanche Lowe and Herman Smith, his siblings Makeba Lowe, Richard Lowe, Anthony Tu Sweet Smith, Dabrielle Dawkins, Jessica Smith, Jamal Smith and Marcos Ordonez, as well as a host of relatives and friends.
