Ronald "Butchie" Wallace, 84, of Aliquippa went peacefully to be with the Lord, surrounded by his beloved family, on Friday evening January 9, 2026.

Affectionally known as Butchie, he was born on November 14, 1941 in Aliquippa, PA to the late William and Pauline Wallace.

Ronald was a graduate of Aliquippa High School. He worked for J&L Steel Mill and the Department of Welfare. Upon retiring from both he worked for Graham Security and Gateway Rehabilitation Center.  He also was a Retired Master Sargent in the United States Army.

He was a devoted member of The Church in the Round where he was on the Board of Trustees, Head of CIR Security Team, and a Board member of the Family Life Center.

Ronald was married to his beloved wife Kay Frances Carter for 56 years and to this union they had five children who loved him dearly; DeWayne (Mary) Towler, Madison OH; Ronald "Puggy" Towler (Saundra Briscoe), Aliquippa PA; Elaine "Kimmie"(Corey) Rogers Charlotte, NC; DuBoise "Duby" Towler, Aliquippa, PA; LaRonna (Harlisha) Wallace, Akorn, OH; Bonus Daughter Hope Iverson, Aliquippa, PA; 16 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren; siblings Bishop Bernard (Gladys) Wallace, Dr. Larimen (Sabrina) Wallace, and Illise (Gerald) Woods; sister in law  Faith Carter; godchildren William "Gene" Iverson, Emmanuel Burrell, D'Anni Lyles and Troy Moreland; close friends John Thomas, Elder Gene Saunders, Norman Sims and Sue Freeman and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Valdoris Nichols and Billye Lewis; grandsons Joson Towler and Tiquai Wallace.

Viewing will be Friday, January 16, 2026 from 5-7 PM at the Church in the Round, Woodrow and Griffith St where a Homegoing Celebration will be held also on Saturday, January 17,2026, at 12 PM.

Interment will be private.
