Rose Williams was born on September 13, 091962 in Dayton Ohio by Lucille Respress.  Rose lived in Dayton OH until 18 and then moved to East Liverpool OH.  She earned an Associate's degree in Medical Assistant at the Ohio Valley Business College located on Maryland Street.  She married Calvin Zanders in 1986 and later divorced in 1987.  She remarried George Williams in November of 1995 and divorced November of 1999.  She worked at the Department of Job and family services until she was medically retired in 2001.  She enjoyed praying, writing, reading the Bible, laughing, talking with people, and being an active member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church for over 30 years.

She is survived by her mother; Lucille McCurdy, daughter, Shalonda Respress, son; Isaiah Williams, brother Robert Coville, sister Donna, sister Marlena and various cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and close friends.  She was a beautiful, gentle, kind soul willing to listen, pray, and help people.
