Roxanne Melkia Farr, 43, of Aliquippa, PA passed away unexpectedly July 23, 2022 in Memphis, Tennessee.  Roxanne was born December 4, 1978 to the late Beverly Farr and Jerry Lay.   She attended Aliquippa Schools and Union County Schools.  Her lifelong passion was being an entrepreneur with her expertise in the food industry.

Roxanne, everyone who knows Foxy, knows how she loved and lived life.  Her heart was gold, if she had it, you had it.    Music was the key to her soul.  She sang, rapped and dance, never missing a word or a beat.  She brought joy and laughter to any situation, just by showing up.

More than anything else, she loved her children, family, and friends.  If you needed her, she was there, no matter what state you lived in.  She would show up and, if she really loved you, you got a phone call at 3 am.  She will forever be in our hearts.

Roxanne is survived by her children; Jaquan Hall, NZhiga (Queenie), Magic, Javiona of South Carolina;  Semaj, Karma, Mokodo, Mar-kaydion of Tennessee; Grandchildren Jariya, Jace, Janiah, Kia James Schmahl of South Carolina; Devoted Sister Ramona Farr, who she loved dearly; other siblings Erik Cox, Mark Griffie Jr, Jermiah, Viola, Fonbone Lay; Grandmother Mamie Farr; Aunts Dorothy Farr, Betty Supples, Carol Rutherford; Uncle Romero (Momo) Farr; Special niece Ramariah (Niecy poo) Smith, Special Nephews Deante Jeter, Quantavius Smith; Special cousins Deanna, Laura, Vidal Farr; Charlene McFrazier, Yashica Challette, Geneva, Larisa, Deek, Felicia Mitchell; Lifelong partner Marcus Evans; Godsister Erika Red; Best Friends Delsha Flannigan, Sukai Williams, Korinn Graham, Laronna, Eugene (PeeWee) Smith.

There are many people whose life was touched by Roxanne; you were more than just a friend, you were family and very dear to her heart; Bryan Lipscomb, Keisha Hall, Kay Star, Daryl Booker, Mark Mitchell, Twila Jeter, to name a few.

Roxanne was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather Burton Farr, Sr, and her Uncle Burton Farr, Jr.
