OBITUARY

Shirley Ann Bronaugh Bell was a life long resident of Coraopolis, Pa.  She graduated from Coraopolis High School in 1971.

She had an adventurous spirit and after high school she journeyed to California where she met and married Luis P. Davis Sr.  Out of this union her only child was born, Luis P. Davis, Jr.  Years later she met and married Joseph Bell.

Shirley was the 11th child born to the late Cleo and Cora Butler Bronaugh.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Cleo Bronaugh Jr., Mary Bronaugh, Arnold Bronaugh, Vivian Bryant, Darlene Bailey, Robert Bronaugh, Billy Bronaugh, Steve Bronaugh, and Jerry Bronaugh.

Minister Shirley Bell was called into the ministry to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.  She was a Hardy Bible teacher and a Sunday School teacher. Her ministry spread out within several churches in the surrounding area and the communities at large.

She was employed by Pitts Funeral Home where she gladly worked, and after a brief illness, the Lord saw fit to call her home to glory.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Luis Davis (Nikkina), 5 grandchildren, Akia, Aniek, Amaya, Koron and Jaiden. Her sisters, Yvonne Maxine Carpenter, Carol Bronaugh and Verna Lyles (Melvin).

She also leaves to cherish her memory her lifelong friend, Henrietta Westley along with a host of other relatives and friends.
