Sundy Starr (Bell) Ubaldi, 63, of Rochester, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Heritage Valley Sewickly. Sundy was born on November 18, 1962 in Aliquippa, PA to the late Edward and Katherine Bell.

She worked for Conway Railroad, YMCA Cafeteria for 11 years, Kaufman's Budget Store, and Giant Eagle in Rochester for 35 years where she meet customers with a warm smile and greeting, She loved to cook and cater and was the owner of Starr Catering.

She enjoyed serving and working on the MLK Committee and was a faithful member of the Second Baptist Church of Rochester that took her in like family. For this special relationship and bond she was grateful.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 16 wonderful years Michael Ubaldi; two brothers - Malcom Bell, and Edward Bell; two sisters – Norma Pinkston, and Jacqueline Bell; three nephews – Eric Bell, Terry Pinkston, and Darrell Pinkston.

She leaves to cherish her memory three sisters – Yvonne Bell, Marsha (Willie) Ellison, and, Doris Nash; one brother/nephew Robert (Renita) Bell; her three angels – Leslie and Albert Ellis, and Chloe DePante; cousin – Judy McNeil, goddaughter – Phallon Culk, specail friend - Sandra Bates; along with a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Her glowing personality and smile will be missed in the community.
