Tara M. Lee-Milliner 59, of Ambridge, passed away the morning of Saturday, May 17, 2025.

She was born to the Late James and Mamie Lee on August 13, 1965 in New York City, New York.

She was educated in the Aliquippa School District and later became a devoted homemaker for her family.

Tara had many things she liked to do, with her favorite being spending time with family and friends.  She would not hesitate to help anyone.  She liked talking to people on a daily basis.  Some of the things she loved are: being a listener, problem solver, mind reader, TV shows, music, plants, flowers, being well dressed as well as debating (some would call it arguing with others), teaching her girls the good, the bad and the ugly, right from wrong, laughing and telling jokes as well as ensuring that her Grandbaby was well off and she would often say "she got Gramma Money"!

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers; Jerome and Rufus Richardson along with two sisters; Jackie Crumb and Debra Ann Burrell.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her husband of over 40 years; Kurt Milliner, whose job was to make her smile, daughters; Nakeia T. Lee (the independent and responsible one), Rakeema N. Milliner (college graduate and reliable one), Myesha N. Milliner (the one that gave her a grandbaby) and Ny'Asia M. A. Milliner (her pride and joy) all of Ambridge, sister; Joann Coleman, Step-daughter; Lindsay Willis (encouraged her to be better) of Texas as well as a host of relatives and loving friends.
