Terry Francis Hill Garrison-Pollard was born on October 1, 1948, to the late Lacey Lovell Hill and Sallie Francis Hill. On July 18, 2026, Terry exchanged life for eternity, a peaceful transition.

Terry grew up in Lawrenceville with 3 siblings: Linda Hall, Larry Hill who preceded her in death and Teddy Hill of Pittsburgh, PA in which she was the oldest of the 3 siblings.

Terry was educated in the Pittsburgh Public School System. She further her education at Robert Morris University, receiving a bachelor's degree. She was married to the late Ronald L. Garrison.

She was the loving mother of the late LaMonica Francis Garrison and son Teron Lovell Garrison.

Terry worked at the Social Security Administration Office for years, where she retired.

Terry had a life of service through ministry. She was called to the ministry in 1998. She was affiliated with Christian Temple and Praise Center Full Gospel Church where she pastored for a number of years.

She married Earl T. Pollard, Jr., on April 7, 2007, and to this union she received bonus children who called her Mama T.

She joined the Church of God and Saints of Christ in 2007,and she was appointed Sister Elder of the Church of God and Saints of Christ in April of 2007 in Pittsburgh, PA by her Pastor, Evangelist Joseph A. Stieff, Sr.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her devoted husband of 19 years – Earl T. Pollard, Jr., her son Teron Lovell Garrison, her grandson Zaihe Regus Garrison, her brother Teddy Hill all of Pittsburgh, PA, her bonus children, and a host of relatives and friends.
