Celebration of Life for Tina Marie Rivera

Tina Marie Rivera went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 31, 2024.   She was born January 30, 1967, in Aliquippa, PA.  She was the daughter of the late Mack T. Underwood her father and Mother Virgie M Saunders.

Tina graduated from Hopewell High School, Aliquippa, PA l985; graduated from Edinboro University, Edinboro, PA l989 with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology.   She was employed by Passavant Memorial Homes, Rochester, PA, as  Resource  Center Director.

Tina was a member of the Deliverance Temple Church of God in Christ, Aliquippa, PA under the leadership of her Pastor Bishop Marvin C. Moreland.  She took pride in being the best mother, daughter and friend to those around her.  She was known for her contagious laughter, warm, inviting smile, and being a constant friend to all who knew her.

Tina was preceded in death by her father Mack T. Underwood, paternal grandparents Mack and Elizabeth Underwood, maternal grandparents Willie and Elizabeth Gaffney.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother and stepfather Elder Eugene and Virgie Saunders of Aliquippa, PA, her daughter Sydney Nicole Rivera and Fiance' Zachary Friend of Orange, TX, son Ian Richard Rivera of Beaver Falls, PA, sister Della Campbell of Aliquippa, PA, uncle James and wife Judi Lindsey of Aliquippa, PA, aunt Joan Gaffney of Ambridge, PA, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Special confidants her cousin Latoya Lindsey and friend Gaye Parker, grand pets dog Smokey, cat Piper.  She was known to them by TiTi.
