Tracy Lynn Wiley Hale, was born on August 6 ^th , 1961 in Pittsburgh, PA to Eugene and Cornelia Wiley.

She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and has been a faithful member of the Church of God in Christ for most of her life. She last attended Faith Temple Church in Erie, PA were she was known as Mother Hale. She also served in hospitality and would be regularly found assisting others with acts of service and love.

She was educated in the public schools of Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Perry Traditional Academy. She furthered her education through extended learning with the Western Pennsylvania COGIC Ministry Alliance attaining the status of Evangelist Missionary.

Her children are Latoya Wiley, Dawn Wofford and Michael Edmunds. She was married to Michael Hale on June 14, 1996 and became a military wife. His tours of duty extended her residencies to Virginia, Texas, Alaska, and her final destination Erie, Pennsylvania.

Tracy was loving, kind, honest, faithful, patient, and peaceful. She expressed unconditional love to all and always made time to listen and pray. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining, listening to and singing music and spending time with her family and friends. She was a stylish woman and you could find her most times in her Sunday's best. She wore hats, jewelry and shoes to match her outfits and received many compliments. She kept a smile on her face and if she was having a bad day you wouldn't have known it.

On Tuesday, October 6, 2020, Tracy departed in the comfort of her home to spend eternity with the Lord. She was preceded by her loving father, Eugene Wiley, and younger brother James Wiley. She leaves to cherish her memory: husband of 24 years, Michael Hale, three children, Latoya Wiley, Dawn Wofford, and Michael Edmunds, four grandchildren, Tobias Wiley, DaShawn Wofford, DaShaya Wofford, and Trinity Wofford; siblings, Teresa Dove, Thomas Wiley, Gwendolyn Marcus, Eugena McCaskill, Douglas Wiley, and Steven Wiley; and a host of much loved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, godchildren and friends.
