On Thursday December 21. 2023 Valdoris transitioned peacefully into the arms of the Lord, surrounded by family.

Born July 11, 1936, to the late William & Pauline Wallace, Valdoris loved to serve others through her cooking and fellowship. She was a faithful member of the Church in The Round where she was consecrated to The Board of Mothers serving with her pastor, Bishop Melvin E. Clark Sr.

In addition to her parents, Valdoris was preceded in death by her husband Willie Nickols, Grandparents Ernest and Lillian Bouknight, daughter Charmin Gilliam and grandson Darius Odom.

She leaves to cherish her memory, 6 children, Kevin (Lanora) Wallace, Atlanta GA, Voncile (Douglas) Price, Center Tw PA, DeWayne (Stacey) Odom, Ambridge PA, Dana (Yolanda) Odom, Aliquippa PA, Raveena (Kevin) Boler, Charlotte NC, Leola Nickols, Beaver Falls PA,

Stepsons Michael and Mitchell (Renee) Nickols and stepdaughter Daphne. Her siblings Bishop Bernard (Gladys) Wallace, Center Twp. PA, Ronald (Kay) Wallace, Aliquippa PA, Larimen (Sabrina) Wallace, Manor TX, Billeye Lewis, Center Twp. PA and Lillian Woods of Ft. Worth TX.

She also has 32 grandchildren, 31 great grands and 2 great great grands. A host of nieces, nephews and foster children.

Friends will be received on Saturday December 30. 2023 from 10am-12pm immediately followed by the service at Noon.
