Vicki L. Grayson of Erie, Pa was called home to be with the lord on August 28th, 2021. Vicki was born October 31st, 1957 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Earl Grayson Jr. and Margarette Elizabeth Grayson.

Vicki worked at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa for 20 plus years before retiring and moving to Jefferson City, Missouri. While living in Jefferson City she worked at Lincoln University touching the lives and hearts of many students, mentoring and encouraging them through their educational journey.

Vicki had a passion for people and a heart full of love, She truly loved the Lord and his people. Vicki was a faithful member of the Jefferson City C.O.G.I.C church under Pastor Gregory T Reeves and First Lady Reeves. She was appointed as a Mother of the church and she was loved and supported as a faithful member and cherished by her dear friends Mother Jenkins and Vicki Thomas.

Before leaving Erie, PA Vicki Grayson was a dedicated faithful founding member of the Greater Calvary FGBC where she served as a trustee, choir member, choir director, and pastor's aide president. She loved and touched the hearts and souls of countless people in her lifetime, too many to name.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Galen Darrell Grayson of Erie, PA.

She leaves to cherish her memory two brothers Anthony Earl Grayson (Patty Grayson), David Jeffrey Grayson (Anne Grayson), and one sister Caren Shame Grayson, all of Erie, PA. She is also survived by two loving Aunts, Oscar Mae Clarke of Birmingham, Alabama, and Doris Frazier of Baltimore, Maryland. A special friend, Mr. Charles Green of Chicago, Illinois and many nieces, nephews, God children, bonus children, and friends from  all over, whom she truly adored.

Friends and family may pay their respects at the wake on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 from 6 to 8pm at Greater Calvary FGBC, 2624 German Street, Erie, PA, 16504. The Homegoing service will be Wednesday, September 8th, 2021 from 11-1pm. Bishop Jessie N. Gavin will be eulogizing. Interment will be at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery, 2601 Norcross Road, Erie, PA 16510, immediately following the service.
