Walter C Harper was born September 7, 1941, in Blountstown, Florida to Pearlie Clemmons. Walter was married to Jean Harper for 30 years.
He was educated in the public schools of Calhoun County and Adult Education. He was a Deacon at St Mary's Baptist Church and Macondia Baptist Church.
Walter C Harper departed this earthly life for eternal rest on June 3, 2022 , Aliquippa, Pa.
He is proceeded in death by his mother Pearlie Clemmons, sisters Sonja Dennis and Amanda Harper.
Left to cherish his memories: sister Jullia Clemmons; brothers Johnny Dennis and Dallas Clemmons, Donnie Williams, Ronnie Williams; granddaughters Meliekia Martin and Candice Nealy; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
Friends and family may visit with the family on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Pitts Funeral Home, 920 Franklin Ave., Aliquippa, Pa at 11:00 am - 12:00 pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at 12:00 pm. Professional services entrusted to Pitts Funeral Home, Antonio Pitts, Funeral Director.
