William Herrington

Aliquippa- William "Bill Herrington, 64, of Beaver Falls, Pa departed this life on Saturday, August 19th 2023.

Born on September 12th, 1958 in Beaver Falls, PA. He is the son of the late Albert and Justine (Garrett) Herrington.

William served as a Sergeant "B" Flight in Hahn AB, Germany from Jan 1987 to Jan 1991 with outstanding performance. He was also an Honor Graduate Security Police officer in the United States Air Force. He served as an Honor Graduate/Operator in Italy. William served in the cold war until December 1991. He was also in the National Guard. William was Honorably discharged from the United States Air-Force on the 10th day of March 1995.

william was a dedicated "Die Hard" Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. He loved his Steelers and always dressed head to toe in his Steeler gear. He was a member of Covenant Family Church of Pittsburgh, Pa.

in addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by a brother, Eugene "Butch" Garrett, Sr., a sister, Alberta Herrington, and a brother, Robert Herrington.

William is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Nance) Herrington, Aliquippa, PA. Two step children, Chaurita Nance, Aliquippa and Quincey Nance, McKees Rocks. Two Brothers, Les (Maureen) Herrington, Aliquippa and Jeffery (Johnnie Mae) Herrington, Beaver Falls, PA. A sister, Elaine Herrington Johnson, Alexandria, Va. A brother-in-law, John Jr. (Bonita) Nance, Charlotte NC. Two special friends, Larry Nesmith and James Kirkland. A host of nieces, nephews, and their families.
