William (Bill) Pratt was born June 2, 1957 to William Pratt Sr. and Vivian Pratt in
Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. Bill had a successful career as a flight attendant working
for US Air/American Airlines.

Bill was a resident of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania and worked with the Allegheny
Policy Council, and he was dedicated to improving the Lincoln Park community
and was named executive director of Lincoln Park Community Center. He became
the president/CEO of Family Complex East and was recognized by the Pittsburgh
City Council. Bill was also elected as a Penn Hills Council member and was
Chairman of the Allegheny County Charter Drafting Committee.

Bill Pratt was preceded in death by his loving father, William Pratt Sr., mother,
Vivian Pratt and three beloved brothers. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife
Jeannie Riles Pratt, daughter Autumn Pratt Mallett (Calvin), sons Tyrone Pratt,
and Terrence Booker Pratt (Teyaka), siblings, Sheila Smith, Clark Pratt, Pamela
Pratt Marshman, Craig Pratt (Tajuana), Shawn Pratt (Rhonda),  mother-in-law,
Roxie Irving, brother-in- laws Ronald Wallace and Clifford Starks, sister-in-laws,
Peggy Cobb, Wanda Irving Johnson, Verna Pratt, Bonita Richardson (Kevin), Kelly
Pipkin (Todd), Karen Debow (Wayne Earl), fifteen grandchildren and a host of
nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
