Willie Moses Knight, 51, of Erie, PA., made a peaceful transition to his heavenly home on Saturday, September 26, 2020. Willie was born on June 14, 1969 in Erie to the late Bitha Dean Knight and Moses Willie Braxton.

Willie attended school at the Barber National Institute and enjoyed going on walks, being outdoors, going out to eat, and spending time with his housemates and caretakers.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Joseph Knight if Erie, two sister Victoria Dawkins of Chicago and Patricia Mitchell of Erie.

He leaves to cherish his memory brothers – Amos Dean, David Dean, Benjamin (Tracy) Knight all of Erie and Enioch (Yvonne) Knight of Fairfield, California; Sisters – Theresa (Esker) Smith, Edith Knight, Mozella Knight, Katherine Knight and Mary (Marlowe) Knight all of Erie; group home mates – Scott McFntyre, Paut Fetzner and Joseph Stafford; 37 nieces and nephews; 35 great nieces and nephews, 18 great – great nieces and nephews and a host of other agency staff and workers.
