Woodrow "Shine" Jeter Jr, 82 of Aliquippa, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday August 7 2021.  He was born on February 10, 1939 to the late Woodrow Sr. and Florence Jeter, in Union SC. He was an Army Veteran.

Woodrow was a member of Ebenezer AME church.  He was a retired electrician of J & L Steel and an Aliquippa School bus driver.  Woodrow enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing cards, and a witty sense of humor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Crosby Jeter; one sister Julia Mae Jeter and two brothers, Thomas Lee and Donald Jeter.

He leaves to cherish in his memory, one son Gerald (Vanessa) Kimbrough Houston, TX, three daughters, Patricia Gaston Aliquippa PA, Alisa Jeter (Robert) Bender Moon Twp, PA, and Raquel Jeter Hopewell, PA.  Four sisters - Gladys Jeter (NY), Brenda Lundy, Carolyn Baldwin (NJ), and Roxanne Cashaw (PA).  Five grandchildren, Maya and I'Esha Henderson, devoted grandson, Tyree Bender, Briehna and Kamerahn Kimbrough, a devoted sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn (Clarence "Tim) Green, Calvin Baldwin and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The viewing will be held at Ebenezer AME Church on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm Where the Pastor is Rev Dr. Reloy Gainey.  The funeral will be Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11 am. Pastor Jumar Mike will perform the eulogy.  Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.  Professional Services are entrusted to Pitts Funeral Home, 920 Franklin Ave, Aliquippa, PA  15001.
