Yvette was born on May 23, 1971 in Gary, Indiana to the late Bill Gordon and Shirley Green. She left peacefully on Christmas Day, December 25, 2021.

After moving to Erie, Yvette graduated from Academy High in 1989.

She worked as a bank teller for PNC Bank for over two decades.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandfather – Jessie Green, Sr.; two uncles – David and Larry Green.

Yvette is loved and will be missed dearly, from her infectious laugh to her dancing and singing. She knew how to have a great time and always kept it real.

She leaves to cherish her memories – her beloved husband – Elliot Miller; four children – Ellyssa, Ellicia, Da'Quel and Brandi Miller; six grandchildren – Ka'Nyah, Kendall Jr., Ezekiel, Kensley, Ava, and Koumadje "Moudi": two brothers – Jerry "Jermaine" Green and Billy Gordon; and grandmother Birdette Green. She is further survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

May she rest in peace with her mother and other family members.
